Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care is a community-based, not-for profit provider of end-of-life and palliative care support services for people with life-limiting illness. Cornerstone is committed to preventing, detecting, and taking all appropriate action to assure compliance with all legal and regulatory statutes and to promote honest and ethical behavior in all work-related activities. We take pride in the integrity of clinical decision-making and train all employees to advocate for patients. Cornerstone Hospice has established a plan to ensure that safe, high quality patient care is provided in a manner that fully complies with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.  If you have any concerns related to patient safety, quality of care, and/or compliance with regulations, please contact your team manager immediately.  If you do not receive a satisfactory response, please use one of the following methods to communicate your concerns:
