Cornerstone Seeks Donations of Real Estate
If you’ve been considering a substantial gift to Cornerstone, perhaps you should consider Real Estate. A gift of cash or securities may not be practical at this time, however, your personal residence, farm, vacation home, commercial property, or parcel of undeveloped land might be more suitable for a charitable gift. Current or future gifts of real estate offer you the opportunity for valuable income tax and estate tax savings. Whether we maintain or sell the property, you will have made a vital contribution directly benefitting patients during life’s final journey.

It’s Important You Understand: All gifts assist Cornerstone in providing care, services and funding for the hospice homes and programs not covered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) including under-insured or uninsured patients. Cornerstone accepts all patients regardless of their ability to pay, and care for the whole family.
