Houses are located in Tavares, Clermont, Sumterville and The Villages. In addition, we have hospice rooms at Orchard Park, Polk County, and at Winter Park Towers.
Cornerstone Hospice Care Center at Orlando Health: Because Cornerstone strongly believes in-patient units are a necessary component in providing the best end-of-life care, we have partnered with Orlando Health to create this beautiful, much-needed facility.
Pet Peace of Mind: This fund enables Cornerstone Hospice patients to keep their pet at home with them throughout their end-of-life journey, then finds a new home for the pet when the patient is gone.
